Refunds
The refund rule
Last updated September 2026
One sentence: if the preview is a no, the $25 is back to you the same day, and nothing else happens. The rest of this page is the detail behind that sentence.
The $25 refund needs no form, no call and no reason. Reply to the email we sent you, or write to richard@grea.site with your order reference, and say it is a no. That is the whole process.
1. The $25 preview
- Say no and we refund the $25 to the card you paid with, the same day
- You do not have to explain the decision, and you will not be talked out of it
- We refund it whether the preview was finished, half built, or never started
- If we decided we could not build something true from your public information, we refund it and tell you why
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card, a bank account, or in cash, because the payment processor will not allow it.
2. How the timing actually works
- The refund leaves our side the same day you tell us, usually within a few minutes
- Your bank then takes a few business days to show the credit on your statement. That part is not ours to speed up, and we will say so rather than claim otherwise
- We email you when the refund is issued, with the amount and the reference, so you have it in writing
- If the refund has not appeared after five business days, write to us and we will chase it with Stripe and send you the reference
3. The three prices
Once you have seen the preview and chosen a tier, the rule changes, because from that point the work is a build rather than a sample.
- Before handover: if we have not handed over the files or pushed the site live on your domain yet, you can stop and get a full refund of the tier price ($250, $400 or the $500 setup). No reason needed
- After handover: once the files are yours or the site is live on your domain, the work has been done and delivered. That payment is not refundable. What you have is yours to keep, and there is nothing further to pay at Stub A or Stub B
- If we got it wrong: if what we delivered is not what we described, tell us. We either fix it or refund it, and you choose which. That is not a favour, it is the deal
4. The $25 a month
- Cancel any time by replying to an email or writing to richard@grea.site
- Cancelling stops the next monthly charge. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term
- We do not refund part of a month. The month you have already paid for runs to its end, then hosting stops. That keeps the rule simple for both sides
- When hosting stops we send the files if you do not have them, and the domain stays yours
- If we stop hosting a site because of the acceptable use rules in the terms, we refund the unused part of the month you are in
5. What we cannot refund
- A domain registration we bought in the practice's name at your request. The registrar charges for it the moment it is registered and does not refund it. The domain is yours either way, and you can keep it or let it expire
- Third-party fees we have already paid on your behalf at cost, if any were agreed with you in writing first
- Work that has been delivered and accepted, as described in section 3
There is nothing hidden in that list, and there is nothing else. We do not charge a restocking fee, an exit fee, or a fee for asking.
6. How to ask
Email richard@grea.site from the address the practice ordered with, and include the order reference if you have it. If you do not have the reference, the email address is enough, because that is how the order is found. If it is easier, say it in a comment on the preview itself and we will treat it as the same answer.

What each price includes is on the pricing page. What is and is not promised is in the terms. What we store, which never includes patient information, is on the privacy page. Questions are answered on the questions page. Last updated September 2026.
