Questions

Everything practices ask before they send us a listing.

Short questions, direct answers, including the ones where the honest answer is that we cannot promise something.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract at any tier and nothing to sign. $500 plus $25 a month is the only arrangement with an ongoing charge, and it has no term: cancel it and the next month is not billed. $250 and $400 are one-time prices. Nobody is locked in, and nothing on this site says otherwise.

What if I do not like the preview?

Tell us it is a no and the $25 is refunded to the card you paid with the same day. There is no form to fill in, no reason to give, and no call you have to take. If you would rather not email, say it in a comment on the preview itself and we will treat that as the same answer.

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain is registered in the practice name. The code we write for you is yours once it is handed over, with no licence key and no export fee. The words, the photos and the content are yours from the start, because most of it came from your own listing in the first place.

Can I move it later?

Yes, and you do not need our permission or help to do it. Stub A is literally the files. For Stub B and Stub C, ask and we send the same files, then we stop hosting it. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer, or park it. Nothing is held back if you leave, and we do not charge a leaving fee.

What happens to patient information?

Requests from your site are emailed straight to the practice. Nothing about a patient or client is ever stored. No database, no chairside system, no spreadsheet, no analytics profile with a patient name in it. The only copy is the one sitting in your own inbox, and when you delete that email it is gone. This is not a policy we could relax later: there is no Chairside system to store it in.

How long does it take?

Days, not weeks. Most previews are live within two business days of the order, and you get an email the moment yours is ready. If your listing is thin, out of date or contradictory, that is the one thing that slows it down, and we tell you by email instead of guessing at the parts we cannot source.

What if I already have a site?

Then you get to compare, which is the point. We do not need access to your current site, we never touch it, and nothing goes live on your domain until you say so. Your existing site keeps serving patients while the preview sits at a private address. If you pass, nothing changes for you at all.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is written for one practice, from that practice listing. There is no theme picker, no page builder, and no stock layout that another dentist is also using. The stack the pages are built on is the same across practices, in the same way two houses can share a foundation without being the same house. The design, the structure and the words are yours alone.

What does one change a month mean?

On Stub C, $25 a month covers hosting and one change request each month. A change is a normal edit: new hours, a holiday closing, a phone number, a price, a service added or removed, an announcement at the top of the page, swapping a photo, or a paragraph rewritten in the practice's own words. Bigger work, like a new page or a rebuilt design, is a project rather than a change, so we quote it before anyone starts, and you are free to say no.

How does the $25 come back?

Tell us it is a no and the $25 goes back to the card you paid with, the same day. If you keep the preview, it does not come back: it paid for the work of reading your listing and building a real site from it. Keeping it also does not cost you anything extra, because the $25 is not added on top of the tier you pick. The tier prices are $250, $400 or $500, whatever you paid for the preview.

What happens if I already paid and then change my mind the same day?

You get the $25 back the same day. The preview never started, or it started and you stopped it, either way the rule is the same. If you have gone on to a tier and we have not handed anything over yet, tell us and we stop and refund that too.

What does the site actually contain?

Pages for the practice: who you are, what you do, where you are, when you are open, how to reach you, and the reviews that are already public on your listing. Photos come from your listing or from you. There is a console for the front desk to change hours, add a closure and post an announcement themselves. There is no patient portal, no booking system you have to migrate to, and no chat widget selling something to your patients.

What do you need from me to start?

The practice name and the link to your Google listing. Those two things are enough to build a real preview. A phone number and an email go in the order record so we can reach you. Anything else, including a current website, is optional and only makes the first draft closer.

What if I do not have a Google listing?

Then put whatever public listing you do have in the form, or say so in the notes box. If we cannot build a real site from public information, we tell you and the $25 is refunded the same day. We would rather refund it than build something we cannot source.

Do you use my email for anything else?

No. There is no newsletter, no drip campaign, and no list your address gets added to. You get the messages about your own order: the receipt, the preview link, and the answer to anything you ask. Ask us to delete the order record and we do, unless we are still required to keep a payment record.

Is this only for dentists?

Chairside was built for dental practices and that is who it is priced and written for, down to the wording on the pages. If you run another kind of practice and want the same thing, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Ask anything that is not here. Write to richard@grea.site or call (480) 790-3494 during business hours, and you will get an answer from the person who builds the sites, not a form letter.

The legal detail lives in the terms, the privacy page and the refund policy, all in plain English.

Ready to see it? It costs $25 and comes back the same day if it is a no.
