You start with a $25 working preview. If you pass on it, the $25 is refunded the same day. If you keep it, you pick one of three prices below, once, and that is the end of it.

The $25 a month on Stub C is hosting and one change a month. It is not a term: cancel it and the following month is not billed. The other two prices have no monthly fee at all.

Vendor figures are typical ranges gathered from published pricing and customer reports, not quotes from any one company. The last two rows say what those arrangements usually mean, not what any single vendor promises.
It is registered in the practice's name, not ours. If we buy it for you at Stub B or Stub C, the registration is still yours and the renewal is passed through at cost. If you already have one, nothing changes hands and we point it where you say.
Every page we write for you is yours, from the day we hand it over. There is no export fee, no permission to ask for, and no licence key that stops working if you stop paying us. Stub A is literally that: the files.
The words, the photos, the hours, the reviews we build from your listing. Take all of it with you. If you leave, we delete our copy of the site and you keep yours.
Requests made on your site are emailed straight to the practice. They are never stored in a database, and there is no Chairside system holding patient information for anyone to take.
If the preview is a no, say so and the $25 is refunded to the card you paid with the same day. No form, no phone call required, no reason needed. You can reply to the email we sent, or write to richard@grea.site with the order reference. Banks sometimes take a few business days to show the credit, but the refund leaves our side the same day you tell us. If you keep the preview, the $25 paid for the work of building it and it is not refunded, and it is not added on top of the tier you pick either.
