How it works

You send a name and a listing. Days later you are reading a real site.

Three steps, in this order, nothing hidden after. The first step is the only thing we ask of you, and it takes a couple of minutes.

1

Tell us who you are

Your practice name and your Google listing. That is the whole ask.

On our side

  • We charge the $25 and open an order with a reference you can quote at any time
  • A person reads the order the same day it lands, not a queue
  • We look up your public listing ourselves and write down where each claim came from

On your side

  • Fill in the order form: practice name, an email, a phone number, and the listing link
  • Pay the $25
  • That is it. No call, no calendar, no discovery document
2

We build the real thing

Your actual reviews, hours, and photos, on a site built for you. Within days, not weeks.

On our side

  • We build the pages from your listing: home, services, hours and location, contact
  • Every claim on the site traces back to your public listing or to words you wrote in the notes box
  • Anything we cannot source, we leave off rather than invent
  • We publish it at a private address and email you the sign-in link

On your side

  • Nothing yet
  • You can keep working while it gets built, there is no call to sit on
3

You decide

Keep it or do not. $25 either way, refunded the same day if you pass.

On our side

  • We fix anything on the site that was wrong about your practice
  • If you pass, we refund the $25 the same day and delete the preview
  • If you keep it, you pay one of the three prices once, or $500 plus $25 a month if you want the hosting and the monthly change

On your side

  • Read it on your phone and on a desktop
  • Leave comments on the page itself, pinned to the exact spot
  • Reply with a yes or a no. One word is a complete answer

Day by day

The same three steps with the timing written out, so you can tell whether it is moving.

When Our side Your side
Day 0, when you orderThe order lands, a person reads it, the build is openedFill in the form and pay the $25
Within one business dayWe read your public listing and note where every claim came fromNothing
Day 1 to 2The site is built and published at a private, noindexed addressNothing
When it is ready, usually by day 2We email you the sign-in link so you can read itLook at it on a phone and on a desktop
Within one business day of your commentsWe correct anything that was wrong about your practiceMark what is wrong, in your own words
ThenRefund the $25 the same day if you pass, or start on the tier you pickSay yes or no

This is the normal pace, not a countdown in a contract. If your listing is thin or contradictory we email you and tell you before we build anything, and if you would rather stop there the $25 is refunded the same day.

What we need from the practice

Two things

  • The practice name, exactly as it appears on your listing
  • The link to that Google listing

If you want to add more, the form has a notes box and a place for a current website. Both are optional. The preview gets built either way.

What we never ask for

  • Your Google login. The listing is public, we read the public page
  • Access to your current host, or to your current vendor
  • A contract to sign, or a card kept on file after the $25
  • Patient records, charts, or scheduling information. We have no use for them

What we cannot promise

This section exists because the opposite of it is common in this industry.

Ranking positions

We cannot promise a position in Google for any search, and neither can anyone else who is being straight with you. What we can promise is a site that loads quickly, is readable on a phone, and says clearly what the practice does and where it is, which is the part that is in our control.

Patient counts

We cannot promise a number of new patients, calls, or bookings. Nobody can tie a number to a website before it exists. We will not put a figure in a proposal, and we will not quote someone else's case study as yours.

Ratings and reviews

We cannot improve, raise, or protect a Google rating, and we do not manage your listing. What we build from your reviews is the words that are already public, shown on your own site.

Facts we cannot source

Every claim on a preview comes from your public listing or from your own words. If we cannot source a claim, it does not go on the page. No invented years in business, no invented technology, no invented awards, no review text that is not yours.

Search visibility of a preview

A preview is noindexed. Every page of it is served with robots noindex, nofollow, so it does not appear in Google and it never competes with your real listing or with the site you already have. It is a private reading copy, not a second website.

Photos

We use photos that are on your public listing or photos you send us. If you do not own an image, tell us and we take it off. We do not take pictures from other practices, and we do not buy stock photos of somebody else's waiting room.

One more thing worth stating plainly: requests made on a site we build for you are emailed straight to the practice. They are never stored by us. There is no database on our side holding a patient's name, phone number, or reason for writing.

Send us the practice name and the listing. We will take it from there.

Not sure yet? Email richard@grea.site and ask whatever you like. You will get an answer from a person.
